The refund will be made according to the payment method you used. Once the refund has been instructed, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns will be booked and refunded within 14 working days . Should it take longer, we ask for your understanding. Please contact our customer service with your consignment number after the 14 days. We will then immediately inquire at the warehouse about your return.

As soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL, you will receive the dispatch confirmation with your consignment number by e-mail.

Unfortunately, an exchange to a smaller or larger size is only possible by a new order in the store. Should it be a color change with the same size, then please write us an email with your order number and your color request to support@badesofa.com. Our customer care team will then contact you shortly.
