We are committed to sustainability: we therefore want to avoid unnecessary waste and do not include a return label with every parcel. For the sake of our environment, we also want customers to make more conscious purchasing decisions. In this way, delivery routes can be reduced and CO2 can be saved. For this reason we have decided not to pay the shipping costs.
However, if your payment was made with PayPal, it is possible to have the return shipping costs reimbursed by PayPal up to 12 times a year. You can find more information here
Please note that for deliveries outside the EU customs duties will be charged and therefore you may incur additional costs.
The amount of the customs costs depends on the amount of your order. Please understand that we do not assume these costs.
Return / Complaint
Please return the BADESOFA to be returned to our logistics service provider within 14 days . Please note that we can only accept the BADESOFA back in complete and unused condition , as this is a hygiene product . At best, send the package in its original packaging at your own expense to the following address:

The purchase price will be refunded immediately after checking the goods according to the payment method you used.
