Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a full refund. Badesofa reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All original packaging and accessories must be included.
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 30 days from delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email support@badesofa.com and we will be happy to provide you with the shipping instructions. 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days, subject to policy adherence. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions:

Certain items, such as bulk orders/wholesale orders, may not be eligible for returns. All gift card purchases are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please upload an image of the damage through the returns portal. We will review, issue a full refund, and wave return postage.
