Shipping & Delivery Policy

BADESOFA® ships to all 50 US states, with the exceptions listed under Shipping Restrictions. All processing and delivery times below are in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).

BATHSOFA, SAUNASOFA & Accessories

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: $5–$19, depending on the size and weight of your items. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $55 per order. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after processing.

POOLSOFA

Due to its size, POOLSOFA ships via a furniture delivery carrier. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is picked up by the carrier, and the carrier will contact you to schedule doorstep delivery. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.

  • Free shipping and free returns on all POOLSOFA orders

  • White glove delivery is available for an additional $150. It includes delivery to the room of your choice and packaging removal. The white glove fee is non-refundable.

  • Expedited shipping is not available for POOLSOFA

  • POOLSOFA cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska

Orders With Multiple Items

Depending on the items ordered, your order may ship in separate packages and arrive at different times. Any order that includes a POOLSOFA ships free, including the other items in the order. Optional white glove delivery is charged separately.

Hawaii & Alaska

We ship BATHSOFA Pillows, SAUNASOFA Sets, and accessories to Hawaii and Alaska for a flat rate of $150. Delivery may take up to 4–5 weeks. Expedited shipping is not available to these states.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO boxes

  • APO/FPO or other military addresses

  • US territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands

Holiday & Peak Season

During peak periods, including Black Friday through December, processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual.

Promotional Free Shipping

Promotional free shipping offers apply only to orders shipping within the contiguous US (the lower 48 states).
