Returns & Exchanges
Any orders placed on or after November 1st are eligible for our extended Holidays return window through January 31st.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s). BADESOFA reserves the right to limit or reject returns when we suspect policy abuse or fraudulent behavior from a customer. In addition, bulk purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible to be returned.
- Returns and exchanges are FREE.
- All original packaging and accessories must be included.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date and shipped back within 30 days from delivery date.
- Proof of purchase from our site is required for all returns.
- Refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 days of delivery.
